When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Betpor may at any time request verification of this information and reserves the right to suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
Under-18 Registration: If Betpor determines that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be refunded (net of any withdrawals already made) and any winnings will be voided. Betpor cooperates with relevant authorities where underage gambling is identified.
One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active Betpor account. If Betpor identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address or any other identifier — all accounts beyond the first verified account may be suspended. Any balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts will be voided.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Betpor will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. Account Verification: Betpor may require you to verify your identity, age and payment methods at any point. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal holds until the process is finalised.
Account Closure: You may request closure of your Betpor account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes before the account is closed. All deposits on Betpor are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Betpor does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
Deposit minimums and maximums apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by Betpor from time to time. Betpor accepts deposits only from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — whether belonging to family members, friends or any other person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposit.
Betpor does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Betpor is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider. Deposits that fail to arrive in your account after a normal processing window should be reported to support with the transaction reference number.
JazzCash & Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your Betpor balance within seconds of the payment being confirmed on your mobile. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
Withdrawals from your Betpor account are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Betpor does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review before processing. Betpor reserves the right to carry out identity verification, bonus wagering checks and fraud screening before releasing a withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:
A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawal requests below this minimum will not be processed. Betpor does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for receiving funds.
If any bonus funds are active in your account at the time of a withdrawal request, the wagering requirements attached to those bonuses must be completed before the withdrawal can proceed. If you choose to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be removed from your balance and only your real-money deposit portion will be eligible for withdrawal.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by Betpor. Odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, the odds are locked in. Betpor reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a reasonable period; the event result is not officially determined; a technical error results in incorrect odds being published; or the bet is placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been open in error. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned.
In-Play Betting: In-play bets are placed in real time during live events. Betpor operates a brief delay on in-play markets to manage risk. Betpor reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed after a key event in the match (for example, after a wicket falls in a Cricket match) where it is determined that the bet was placed with knowledge of that event.
Cricket-Specific Rules: For PSL and T20 matches, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, markets will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Bets on markets that cannot be determined due to the revised format may be voided at Betpor's discretion.
Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the betting section. Betpor reserves the right to split or reduce payouts that exceed these limits.
